Being a little more than a comic nerd and a Marvel guy from WAAAAY back, it made my day to find out that not only does Captain America believe in the power of dogs, but he also has one that might be ready for a musical contract.

Cap, in this case actor Chris Evans. has a pup he rescued back in 2016 named Dodger. Looks like talent in the Evans household is contagious.

I can tell you as a member of SAG and one who has worked on a few movie sets over the years. actors at Evans’ level has a brutal schedule and sometimes very little time for family and fuzzy kids. But there are plenty who make the time for it, understanding the responsibility and dedication it takes to be a dog Dad or Mom.

In this case, could we expect anything less of Captain America?
